Not able to connect to Exchange

Hello,

I am trying to connect to Microsoft Exchange (regular or online) with my organization's email

This error appears every time:

I did run a test as shown here:  https://www.codetwo.com/admins-blog/how-to-quickly-verify-if-autodiscover-is-working/

It was successfull

However I'm still unable to connect
