Same problem here in the Netherlands. Unable to publish, can't view workspaces and can't change permissions. Receive the nice erroro message "Something went wrong" you can say that again...
Looks like server was still try to refreshes the dataset as scheduled, but failed as expected anyway.
UK Here, still down. Definitely an outage and not degraded.
Cannot login for more than 2 hours . This is serious
I can't publish or update datasets or reports.
It's also poor support that it's not identified as an issue in the Office 365 portal.
I notice they do this with other services too like Dynamics and Teams. They keep a "tick" on things that don't work...

Yeah, just came back on here too. Waiting for a little bit before I tell customers its all good 🙂
Yep, I can confirm the service is back. All datasets are refreshing now.
This is a known issue and had been mitigated. Please try it again.
