Hi, 

Is there a delay in updates today 22-05-2019 in power bi service?

I got no sign of any automatic updates or manuel updates today.

I can also confirm this issue, some datasets (not all) still state that the next refresh is 23/5/2019 8:00:00 AM. Clicking the refresh button doesnt seem to refresh the datasets. No errors are shown in the interface.

Same issue here. Datasets should refresh few hours ago on schedule, but didn't started. I can't even manually refresh cash on live datasets.

No refresh results, no notifications.

Also publishing reports not working as expected.

Can confirm same issue here.

Scheduled updates have not ran, and show that the "next update will be at <4 hours ago>".

Manually publishing an update fails after timeout.
