No solution for bulk email subscriptions to Apps with Row Level Security?

We send out sales reports every day by email from our existing BI system, and switching now to Power BI we'd like to activate subscriptions for everyone so that they automatically start receiving the new emails

However, seemingly for no good reason it's impossible to subscribe other people to reports that have RLS

Is there genuinely no solution to this (right now)?

Unfortunately, there is not a solution for this now. It is one of limitations of subscription.
