No se pueden actualizar las credenciales desde web

Buenas tardes, Señores comunidad

Tengo problemas al actualizar las credencial desde power bi web, ingreso el usuario y la clave del usuario que traje la informacion desde desktop.

En la opcion de metodo de autenticacion solo aparecen las opciones Anonymous, Windows y Basic. he probado con los tres y ninguno resulta

Hi @yuriarciniegas ,

I find that your URL is a SharePoint Online URL. If so, you can just connect to SharePoint Online list instead of Web in Power BI Desktop. Then, you do not need to configure the data source in Power BI Service.

Los archivos de manejo son archivos en excel, los cuales se encuentra en una carpeta en un sitio de sharepoint

How do you connect to the file on Power BI Desktop? Web or SharePoint Online list?

If you choose Web, then you need a gateway to refresh data. After you manage a data source, the credential are not required.

If you choose SharePoint Online list, you don't need a gateway. And you credential is configured like below:
