No option to export to CSV in cloud power bi paginated report but has option of excel/pdf/word/xml

Hi there,

I created a paginated report in POWER BI report builder and published it in cloud power bi. I have pro license.

I need to export data to CSV file but this option is not available but there is option to export to Excel/PDF/Word etc. Please see screenshot below.

There is an csv option available in POWER BI Report Builder as below but this option disappear after publishing it in cloud power bi.

Could anyone please advise how to turn on export to CSV option in cloud power bi?

Hi - do you have access to amend your tenant settings? (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-portal-about-tenant-settings)

There is an option under "Export and sharing settings" called "Export to .csv". If your organisation will allow export to this format, this needs to be set to Enabled to achieve what you require:

If you do not have access to those tenant settings, admins (perhaps IT) in your organisation should - so you may need to discuss with them.
