No extended pro trial message

Hi Team,

   Some of my team members are not able access power bi dashboard and reports though they are signed into Power BI before May 1st 2017 and this users are as below

Sunnikrishna@csc.com

nganesan4@csc.com

sshenbagaram@csc.com

bjayaraman6@csc.com

All the above are Pro free trail eligible users 

Please suggest on this issue

Iam able to extend my Power bi Pro trail.

Hi Bajee.

    Thans for your valuable reply.They are able to log on r=to Power BI Service and not able to extend and gettiing below error message Upgrade to Power BI Pro.But they didnt get any notification though they are eligible users.Please help me on this
