Hi, according to Terms I should be eligible to activate Exteded Pro Trial for several my accounts. None of them received notification about possibility to change. I kindly ask for support.

@v-ljerr-msft thank you for your help offer; extended pro trial notifications appeared in the meantime and all my eligible accounts have been successfully migrated into pro trial.

Hi I've seen quite a few times the Pro trial notification until May 2018 but today as I was going to activate the link dissapeared and only a 60 days trial options came up. I will need this trial timeframe consistent for all my 250 users as well. How can I get back the option for the trial until May/18 for me and my team?

I am also having trouble gaining access to the extending of the trial..

If you are sure that they are eligible, could you please provide us a list of user accounts who do not get the 12 month trial by sending me a private message?
Please note that users that have licenses assigned from the Power BI Pro or Power BI Pro Trial subscriptions, within Office 365, are excluded from this offer.
