Hi,
I cannot access Power BI reports online while the gateway is set up successfully and the UPNs match. The data source is on-prem Analysis Services 2019. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
This is the error I get. No extra information.
The gateway is working fine.
The UPN on prem also matches with the UPN in Power BI.
Extremely difficult to troubleshoot. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
