New filter pane - filters not published as in desktop file

Hi

I have a report where I have two filters on "User".

One filter is hidden and locked. Here I remove all System Users, Test Users and other non-relevant people.

The other filter is not hidden. So the report viewer should see a list of relevant users.

This works perfectly in Power BI desktop.

When I upload the file to Power BI Online, the filter is showing all "Users". I can see the hidden filter load for a fraction of a second - and then the filter with ALL users are visible to the report viewers.

So the hidden and locked filter is shown - unlocked.

Bug or feature?

Problem solved.

I had uploaded several versions of the report. I needed to click "Reset to default" button to reset the filters to the current version of the uploaded report.

@Mezmarianne ,

I have made a test on this issue but couldn't reproduce this issue. The hiden and locked filter will not be shown in power bi service on my side. Please check if you have downloaded the latest version of power bi desktop.
