Need to Migrate DataGateway from South East Asia region to India Region

Dear All,

We implemented PowerBI Datagateway in 2017. Since then it is in South-East Asia Region.

We want to migrate it to India Region as our Main Azure Tenant is hosted there.

Is there any possibility of getting the Region migration done without the Dataloss?

You can install the gateway on your new device and add to the existing gateway cluster or try to use the restore key to restore your gateway on a new device.

 Can I retore the Gateway by selecting another region?

Can I add new Gateway in existing cluster by selecting another region?

Hey,

As per the link if I do the change of region, will it take all the Data with it?

Im concerned about the data loss.
