Navigation Bar Issue - Staying in the middle of the screen

One of my users is having an issue in Google Chrome when viewing a published Power BI report. The navigation bar (which says Microsoft Power BI and has  page range < > ) is staying in the middle of the screen and she can't get it to go away. She is a remote employee so I can't physically see her computer to try to assist and I haven't been able to find any posts with the same issue. Does anyone know how to make this go away?

Hi @Anonymous,

It might be a Web Browser or network issue. Please clear the cache of Chrome and test again. Also, try to open Power BI service with Chrome under a different network for at test.

Hi there

Is she viewing a Publish to Web report, or a bookmark?

Either way I would suggest that they possibly clear their browser cache and also see if there is an update to Google Chrome.
