I've published some APP for my organization which includes Dashboard, report and dataset.
The dashboard are created from my report, use "Pin Live Page" feature mentioned from this link:
In the report I created, there's data drill down/ drill through enabled. But in the dashboard data drill down/through is not available. I understand this feature is not availalbe currently as mentioned in the post
So alternatively, I hope whenever user need to see more details, from the dashboard tile they can navigate user to the report view and then do further drill down/through.
However, the dash board created with "Pin Live Page" feature seems doesn't allow any natigation or link to the report. It looks like a static page which only showing dashboard tiles and data.
What should I do to make the dashboard able to link my user to the report? Or any better idea for interaction?
Go to Solution.
When your users open the dashboard from a app, then can click on the "..." option at the right top of the live page, then select Go to report to view the report.

Hi Qiuyun Yu,
Thank you so much for the help. It works in POWER BI with the three dots to nagivate to reports.
FYI, we publish the APP and add dashboard to Dynamics 365 CRM dashboard, in Dynamic 365 the three dots "..." are missing so it seems there's no where to go to the report.
But when we do a mouse over to that region, it shows icon change from mouse to hand, and navigate us into the report.
There might be a minor display bug here.
It works fine.. but
1. it does not keep any selections from the dashboard. E.g. changing a Time Slicer. Is there any way to keep the selection going from Dashboard to Report?
2. And what if you want to go back from the report to the dashboard. Is there any other option than right click and chooes "back"?
