National formatting hell (Power Bi service vs Power Bi Desktop)

New bug from Power BI service (11.0.9169.208) - time values always show "00:00"!
This bug is critical for my users, because we have many reports where time is Key values!
So, All reports with time steel "unusable" now - lost business sense!

(see first picture - from service (wrong), and second from Power Bi Desktop - correct)

Please, fix this bug !!!

I did investigations on time issue (time values always show "00:00"). 

This issue appears when Database hosted on SSAS (2016 ctp 3.2).

After rolling back to SSAS 2014 SP1, time values show OK.

Seems Power BI service don't support  Power BI Enterprise Gateway + SSAS 2016 ctp 3.2

But Power Bi Desktop works fine with ctp 3.2.
