NO ME PERMITE PUBLICAR EN WEB

Donde puedo ubicar la opcion que active las caracteristicas que permite crear los codigos para insertar en la web;cuando quiero publicar en la web me sale ese mensaje

You need Power BI Pro liscense.

Are you meaning publish to web feature? You will find it under Admin portal -> Tenant settings -> Export and sharing settings.

I have same problem, but in Admin Panel, didn't get the Tenant settings link (only appears Capacity configuration). May you help me please?
