I used Power BI Pro trial. and a few days passed, trial expired.
Then I had left it for several days
Today, Log in to dashbord, and saw 403 error

If I open this link, I get the same error message (maybe, I know little Japanese). So please log in Power BI with this link: https://app.powerbi.com/.
1. Is the Dashboard shared with you?
2. Did your admin of your Organization remove your account or the Power BI license (free)?

Sorry, too late.
I solved it by deleting the user from the administration screen of Office 365 with another account and re-registering it.
So your second advice was helpful
