Hi @Urba34 ,

You could check refresh date and refresh status: completed or failed in Refresh history.  If failed, you also could check the error message.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-data#checking-refresh-status-and-hist...

Hi @Urba34

To refresh a report in the service you need:

* A Pro Power Bi License or a Premium Capacity

* You need to install a Power Bi Gateway on premises

* With a Pro license you have up to 8 automatic refeshes per day.

* With Premium you have up to 48 refreshes per day

*  You can set up the time for each refresh

* The refresh ends when the dataset is updated

* A notfication email will be sent to a member when the refresh fails

Note: Premium Capacity is expensive and is more recommended for large entreprises(+500 Members)

Not with a Pro license. You need a work around to achieve that

Sorry but am confused now!

If you want to receive notifications when the refresh has failed then you need to add your username or email address to the scheduled refresh menu.
