Hello,

Can anyone suggest me the way to Monitore Services on Power BI.

• Monitor platform health for Power BI
• Includes: usage and impacts for both pro and premium
• How many dashboards are created on Power BI by my Organization users
• How much time they are spending on Power BI

Please suggest me the way to keep track on the above listed topics.

-on Power BI service there is already something that is called "Performance Inspector".

It can provide you with input  in order to increase performance of your dashboard.

You may find it by clicking on "...", on the top right corner of the power bi online app :

To answer your other questions, (usage, time spent...) you may go to the "dashboard Metrics" :

(currently no data about time spent, but i created this idea on the community, it should be available soon)
