Monetizing content pack

I want to know if it is possible to build and monetize content packs using power BI. Say I have good visualizations for health care data and build good dashboards. If other companies also use the same health care system as mine, rather than just sharing these dashboards with my team only, can I partner with Microsoft, publish a content pack for everyone and monetize it?

If this is not possible, can you suggest alternatives?

Hi there

As far as I know all the content pack that Microsoft provides for the end users are free of charge.

But I am unsure if Microsoft has some agreement with the providers of the content packs? My personal thoughts, is that they do not have any revenue between them, because I assume Microsoft is happy that they are using Power BI, and the providers are happy because they are still using their product.

I would think that in order for you to monetize, would be yourself going in and consulting to the health care companies. As I am certain that they might do things slightly differently? And I personally think that a fremuium model would be a good idea. Give the basics for free, and some of them will only need that. But others will want to customize or have specific things built. And that is where you can come in and consult and complete the work.

Just some food for thought.
