I have a report that is shared with internal users and external users. The external users are in an AAD group to allow them to be selected for report sharing. When i view report usage metrics, i only see internal users/usage.
Is this intentional or a gap, or am i not doing something i should...?
Thanks

Hi @Joel_Clark ,
The usage metrics feature captures usage information about all users, regardless of the license they're assigned . But it seems currently the name or email of the external users won't be shown in the usage metrics report , and it just leaves a blank when an external users view the related report . Maybe you can post your feedback on Usage Metrics for Dashboard/Report Authors Feedback to improve this feature.
In addition, you can use audit log to track the activities on the report. Hope the following documentations can help you.
