Misleading message about pro license in premium capacity workspace

Hi! I had a chat today with microsoft support about the fact that if you have premium capacity or not enabled on your workspaces, the message upon sharing a report about the fact your receiving party needs a pro license is just wrong in case of prem cap reports. 

Only users with Power BI Pro will have access to this report. Recipients will have the same access as you unless row-level security on the dataset further restricts them.Learn more

There was no idea raised  for this yet so i created one, if you can spare a vote (and some time) please vote!
