Matrix not showing all columns

Hello everyone!

In report view I am trying to visualize a matrix with two column: Project Groups and Projects. When I expand all the data for the columns, some of the groups (and their projects) disappear.

There are slicers that can be filtered and show these disappeared data in the matrix, but the client needs to see everything all at once. Why is this happening? How could I possibly fix it?

Thank you in advance.

@annae If you hover your mouse over the visual do you see a little blue  "i" icon in the header of the visual?

Hi there!  I am having this same issue, getting the same message when I hover over the I (too many values).  Do you know if there is any other way than applying a filter to expand the table to show every column?
