Manage Shared Report

Hi,

I am owner of the report and published into workspace.

Let say I share my report with permission that receiver can share the report to others.

If the receiver share it to others and the others share it again and again, Is there any way to know that owner can know the report has been shared.

I want to track my report share history.

Hi @DanielLinda ,

You could view the usage metrics report to get the informations that who viewed your report.

Note: The data doesn't seem up to date.  It can take up to 24 hours for data to update.

Thanks for recognizing me about usage metrics.

Actually, I knew the feature but never used before.

After exploring the feature for a while, I see the feature doesn't offer that how the report has been shared.

It is just giving how many people viewed the report.

Is there no feature to know a kind of report share history?

Unfortunately, it is not supported to show how the reports shared to others. As you see in usage metrics, we only can get the data who viewed them.

If you really need the feature, you could submit an idea.

The only way that I know of to see that information would be to open the report and look at the Manage Permissions and see who has it at any given moment.  The other way to get this information would be to use an API.
