Can you please suggest, is there any way to enable (or visible) only the PDF export option and hide (or invisible) all other export options in the Power Bi report builder report (Paginated report)?

Based on the screenshot you provided, I presume you are using Power BI Service, not Power BI Report Server. To help you get more help, I will move your post from Report Server forum to Service forum.

Then for your question, based on my research, it is not supported to enable (or visible) only the PDF export option and hide (or invisible) all other export options in Power BI Service currently.

You may disable these by deleting on Power BI Report Server in rsreportserver.config in below section. This used to work in SSRS report server so should be good with PBIRS too! I haven't tried on PBIRS but the configs essentially remain the same for both.
