Manage AAD Security Groups to share App

Hi, 

Do you know please if we need PBI premium option to share on APP whith a group alias
A sample : sales@mycompany.com

In fact , we have PBI Pro option and we can acces to (https://aad.portal.azure.com). 
We observed that each Workspace is a group.

But in PBI Service , if we try to share an app whith a group name --> sales@mycompany.com there is no effects

We have a related concern.  We have a productioni APP whose access was controlled by an Office group.   Now when I update the APP I am not shown that group as an option for access control.   I see the documentation now says it should be an email distriibution group.  Has there been a change?   What kind of groups can I use?  AD security group, AD email distribution list, Office group?
