Hi,
I have published an app to PBI service and have RLS on top of the reports. I have assigned roles to people as needed, then given them access to the published app.
Previously I also gave the access to the workspace, but have removed that now as I don't think its needed.
When I go into update app and look at who I have given access to I can anly see one person and sometimes none.
Is this right? Seems that I have lost people from previous, but I have talked to some of them and seems they still have access to the app.
Is there a place to go to see the people who has access and from there remove and add?
Only thing I have found is that this is only available in Office365, is that correct? Nowhere I can see this in PowerBI service?

Correct, ask your O364 tenant admin to provide you with the audit logs for the CreateApp and UpdateApp events, and then look at the OrgAppPermission field for the sharing details.
