Linking different Reports from a Premium hosted App

Hello Community,

I published an App in Premium Capacity (shared with the entire Org) with 3 datasets and 3 reports respectively. No dashboards at this moment. I created a new Report from PBI Service which has 3 links to the 3 reports in my workspace.

Now, when any user who is not added to the workspace downloads the App and clicks on the link in the report -  it shows Security Permission error.

I am confused at this moment. Is there a way that I could make the link available for all the customers in my Org?

Hi Vipin,

Open the reports in the Apps and you will get the link in the browser address bar. Please refer to the snapshot below.

Hi @vipinmohan,

Which link did you use? The link of the published App and the link of the App workspace are different. It's obvious the App workspace link can't be used by the non-member.

Hi @v-jiascu-msft

Here's how I got the link that I embedded -
1) Navigated to the Report from the published App.

Is there any other link that I could use so that non workspace members can navigate to the reports from Workspace?

Thanks
Vipin

Hi there,

Is the report in the same App Workspace?

Also does the App have it set to show "Included in App"?
