As shown above, I've set the Y axis to start at 95% but it decided to starts at 96%. Any idea?

Hi, Thank you for the reply. I've tried change the decimal and still not working. I think this becuase the sizing of the chart, see below, when I make the chart really short, Y appearts to starts at 96% rather then 95%. I've tried to turn reponsive on and off and it's the same thing.

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here. Please set the Value decimal places.
