Hello all,
I need to setup a gateway to a Teams workspace and I'll use an on-prem AD service account (synced to Azure AD) for authentication. My question is: What is the minimum licensing that I need to grant that service account to allow it read-only access to a Teams workspace/channel?
Thanks!
Edit: I should clarify my needs. There is an Excel file in the Teams workspace that I need to be able to access from the PBI Service (for refresh purposes).
Hi @wbhite ,
If i understand you correctly, you will need Pro license because the file is in Teams workspace and to set read-only access to the workspace for the account.
Best Regards,
Jay
I'm confused. How would giving my gateway service account access to a PBI Pro license allow it to access data in a Teams workspace (i.e. SharePoint library)?
