Licencing Request URL in tenant setting does not accept long urls

Trying to a URL to the "Licenseing request URL" under the "Publish Get help information" tenant setting. However we have a long url for the exact service now request the user is supposed to be redirected to. The long URL does not save and throws an error.

Can you try to redirect to a simple url and then this url redirect to where you can go?

Also, what is the extension of your url ?
