Last Refresh on dashboard tile is NOT correct when refresh has failed.

I believe the "Last Refresh"  shown on a PBI dashboard tile should display the most recent date/time the data set had a successful refresh. Currently tiles display the last time a data set refresh was attempted (successful or not). This can be very misleading to the user. I believe this behavior is new within the last few months. Please fix such that the "Last Refresh" date/time shown is truly the last successful refresh.
