Last Refresh Date not refreshed in the web

I set up a Last Refresh visual in the report – I have used this Last Refresh DAX code more times than I care to remember, never had problem with it before:

= #table(type table[LastRefresh=datetime], {{DateTime.LocalNow()}})

But, this time, why is it when I manually refresh the report, the value for Last Refresh updates to the latest refresh time, e.g. 2/11/2020.

But, in the scheduled refresh in PBI service, after the entire report is refreshed, that Last Refresh date isn’t updated.

Could you check to see what happens if you refresh it in Power BI Desktop?

Hi, thanks for replying. That's what I mean, when I refresh in PBI Desktop it refreshes fine. But here's the deal. ALL the PBI reports I have ever developed all have the Last Refresh date code, and, ALL OF THEM (with this one exception now) refresh fine both in desktop and in the web. Thanks.
