It blinks when updating data with powerbi dashboard

I created a report with data pushed from MicrosoftAzure and displayed it in dashboard.
 Line chart now flashes when updating. 
There used to be no such thing before, did anything change?
I noticed it in January 2019

Hi @Anonymous,

It looks like an intermittent problem. Please clear the cache of web browser or change to a different web browser and refresh the dashboard again to see if problem persists.

By the way, did this behavior occur when you updated a dashboard with a different data source?

The symptoms disappeared when I confirmed this morning.(January 28, 2019)

Until last week, the same symptoms occurred on another PC, another browser.

Another data source also occurred.

Were you able to respond to something?
