Issues with Report

Users are reporting (and i've tested and agree) that data is not being populated when we access the reports on our instance.

 

The data/report shows as blank, and the only fix we have available is to use the Reset to Default button.

 

Help needed please.

We worked with one of our colleagues that is an O365 Admin and they opened the ticket on our behalf.

how do we get MS to look into it?

Sorry it's a little bit of a nooby question but I've never had to contact them directly.
