Today I received several emails about problems from various external users when opening a PBI previously shared. Users who previously had access now no longer have it.
External users to whom I shared access share the following error: You don't have access to this, Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource.
Others have the following message issue: Something went wrong.
All this happened today with several fellows that are located in other regions reporting the same complains from external users (We have several Workspaces and suddenly this sort of issues happened now).
I reviewed the documentation but I do not find anything useful. The external users are already in AAD and the Service Status Per Region looks good for any region.
ask if they did a change in your tenant active directory policies
