Hello there!
One of my users has this issue:
"I am unable to receive any emails from the Power BI service. For example, when I create a Subscription to a report, anyone I include on the list will receive the email except for me."
Email are not in his Junk Email folder.
Other people that he had added to the Subscribe box receive emails with no issues.
Clearly, I need help with this issue.

I can see emails, no issue.
But the User who created the report and set up the Subscriptions, can't see emails.

Check the mailbox settings, it may be that the mailbox is blocking this type of mail.
