Issue with chart - dates on Power BI Service

Hi,

I have this issue. I have a simple bar chart with values distributed along 12 months. Very simple. Works fine on Power BI Desktop.

When I publish it to Power BI Service it appears well the first time that I get in, but I go back again or refresh the window, the full value appears in January.

I am guessing that there is some dates format issue? What puzzle me is that it works fine in Power BI Desktop.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Alvaro

Hi there

Could it be a difference with the language locale between Power BI Desktop and your browser?

Or do you have a filter in your Power BI Report in the Service?

Thanks Gilbert.

I have been creating similar charts in other reports without this issue.

What is diferent here is that the date origin is an excel file with data in columns and I have unpivoted the columns in Power BI. I wonder if this might have anything to do with it.

I will try to change the format in the excel file moving all the columns into a single one and see how it goes.

I will share how it goes

Thanks

Alvaro

Yes please let us know how it goes!

It works fine by changing the data in the excel origin file.
