Issue when sharing report in Chrome

Hello

 

When trying to share the report in Service from Chrome, I get an error - "You can't use invalid or Duplicate emails". But the mail IDs are neither invalid nor duplicate. This works fine in Internet Explorer but not in Chrome/Edge. Couldnt find any resolved issue for this.

Hi,

According to my test, this issue has been fixed. And this is the latest updated message from pg:

 

the fix deployment has completed. End of impact: Saturday, October 2, 2021, at approximately 9:46 AM UTC.  

 

I think you can go to the Power BI service and check if this issue has been fixed on your side.

Hi,

According to my research, a similar issue has been reported internally, so stay tuned. ICM: 262072479

Here’s the latest updated information of this ICM:

 

Current status: We've completed validation of the fix and are monitoring it as it progresses through the affected infrastructure. Users will see relief as the fix continues to roll out and we expect the deployment to be completed by the next scheduled update.

 

I will update here once I get any information.

Yes. I tried clearning Cache but no luck. Also tried in incognito tab but no luck.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? I've seen similar behavior
