Hi,
I have added label in dashboard to get last refresh at date and time. It added from measure.
It took from balow measure,
= Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Last refresh", type datetime}})
my questions are,
1. How is this work? If we added schedule refresh does this change with time to time ?
2. If we didnt add schedule refresh, still dataset refresh and update last refresh at ?
3. If we shar power bi dashboard to the another pro licence holder, same schedule times apply ? or they want to schedule separately ?
4. Does last refresh time update according to schedule time ?
5. I have pin live dashboard. Do we need to pin everything to separate page for update ?
Thank you

1. yes
2. yes, based on the manual refreshes or API based refreshes
3. yes. Report users cannot schedule or initiate refreshes. Only dataset owners can do that
4. yes
5. No. pinned tiles will update automatically once a refresh is completed.
Please note that this "Last Updated" timestamp is misleading. It should say "Last refreshed". There is no guaranteed that the data has actually changed. Better to use a "Last Modified" field from your actual data, and to ignore the "Last Updated" information.
