Issue: dynamic crm /Opportunity Estimated Revenue

Hi Everyone,

I new to Power BI. I am trying to build a simple Opportunity report, we have 3 service types: electrical, structural and renewables. Power BI assigns the total bid revenue for each service type instead of a breakdown because each our opportunity may contains more than one services types. Could any one please tell me what is going on? is our Dynamic set up wrong or what should I do to show the correct data? I believe the way our crm set up/operatated wrong , but i would you all ideas. Thank you so much !

Hi @Anonymous ,

I still have a little confused about your scenario.

If it is convenient, could you share some data sample and your desired output so that we could help further on it? Or, ideally, share the pbix (beware of confidential data).

Best Regards,

Cherry

Hi Cherry,

The picture i provided is my desired result.  We have 3 devisions electrical, structural and renewables service types. Power BI assigns the total bid revenue for each service type instead of a breakdown because each our opportunity may contains more than one services types. Once an opportunity created, someone will mark one of the three services type in the oportunity. Later, if any of the service type won the bid, Dynamic will automatically created a Won bid that type service and closed the active bid service type  which was marked when the opportunity was created. Power BI assigns the total bid revenue for each service type instead of a breakdown for each service type as you see the picture i provided.

Thank you for your time
