Is there a way to hide or collapse the Full Screen mode Control Bar?

Hello,

I love the fullscreen mode of PowerBI but find the black bar that appears in the lower right whenever the mouse moves to be very annoying and that it has the potential to cover interactive elements (scrollbars).  Is there a way to possibly collapse the menu against the right side or to prevent it from popping up whenever the mouse is moved?

There was another similar thread on this recently, you might search for it and see if there was an answer. I do not believe there was.
