Is there a way to customize access on the Member role at "workspace" level?

We are trying to control access to who can:

1.Edit reports on the service: We want users to edit reports but save a copy not overwrite the existing ones.

2. Publish reports: Restrict publish access to only admins.

3. Pin to Dashboards: Members can pin reports to Dashboards,

As of now , view access disables the edit report, save, save as and pin options.

Is there a way we can do at the workspace level? As of now it is at the Enterprise level only.

Appreciate any help on this.

Hi @mohita1010,

1.Edit reports on the service: We want users to edit reports but save a copy not overwrite the existing ones.

R: Currently it is not possbile to achieve that, However you can download the report as pbix and edit and rename it and republish it to service to work around.

2. Publish reports: Restrict publish access to only admins.

R: There is an idea about that, you can vote it up.

3. Pin to Dashboards: Members can pin reports to Dashboards,

R: You can use pin live page to meet your requirement.
