Hi @Poweradminjohn ,

Take a look at this document

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-export-to-pbix#considerations-and-t...

It says "The report must have been created by using Power BI Desktop and published to the Power BI service, or the .pbix file must have been uploaded to the Power BI service."

You may consider to share Power BI content to external guest users with Azure AD B2B.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b

Hi @Poweradminjohn ,

Perform the "Download Report" operation in each of your reports and publish all these again in you new tenant.

Remember that a .PBIX is the sum of the reports and the dataset.  The option to "download as .pbix" is available in the datasets section of your workspace. It is also possible to use REST API calls to download the .pbix

Note:  If one of the data sources in your dataset is set to incremental refresh then you can no longer download the .pbix.  In that case use a XMLA client to investigate the meta data for yoru dataset and recreate that on your new environment manually.
