Is there a limit to the number of people on a subscription distribution?

Is there a limit to the number of people that can be subscribed to a dashboard subscription?

It appears that I have reached a limit of people that I can subscribe to a dashboard (175 people). When I try to add more people to the distribution, the "save and close" button spins for a moment and returns; no edits are saved; no error messages appear.

For the time-being, I am solving the problem by subscribing myself the to the Power BI dashboard. Then I am using my Outlook account's auto-forwarding to distribute the report to large groups in my organization.

Hi , @DG41

Please refer to this document:

Subscribe yourself and others to reports and dashboards in the Power BI service

As mentiomed in this document, you  can set up 24 different subscriptions per Power BI report or dashboard.

But it doesn't mention how many people  can be subscribed to a dashboard subscription  at a time.

It is recommended to create a support ticket to investigate this issue.

You can take a try  to create another subscribtion distribution  to add the rest people for  the same dashboard.

Yes, I've resorted to creating multiple subscriptions. However, this is inefficient and not a true solution. I will submit a support ticket. Thank you for your reply.

What happens if you had to create an Azure Active Directory Group and add the group to the subscription?
