Is it possible to takeover a leavers My Workspace?

Hi, a user has left the company - I am the Power BI admin.  He has reports that I need to try to download, and not having much luck.

I have found the workspace ID - but I get an "Unauthorised" when I try and add my account to the workpace using 

Add-PowerBIWorkspaceUser... I also tried to export out reports using Export-PowerBIReport - but I get the same error.

Is there any way I can get to these reports, to download them at all?  I don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Hi there

The only way I know of is to log in as the particular user and then download their PBIX files.
