Is it possible to keep the high contrast theme for individual users

Dear all,

I have a report published in a workspace and shared with others, some wish to watch the report in the beautiful high contrast functionality. However, by default I uploaded it with default theme. 

Everytime they go into this report they have to change to this high contrast theme theirselves.

Is there a way to set the theme per user? or set it to default for theirselves?

Cant we have it changed with the report, and that the end-user can go back to the default settings just like the functionality with the selections and slicers they used?

Thanks, but this is for dashboards only right?im looking for the options in reports.
