Is it normal using row level of security the see records (and export data) is inactive?

I have a simplre report and since I use the row level security, the see records is inactive in desktop and also in the service

I turn on manually in the desktop app the following: allow end user to export both summarized and underlying data from the service or report server??

and also in the worskpace I allow users to export data but the see records option is missing.

how can I fix this problem??

RLS won't affect this feature. Please check:

These limitations and considerations apply to Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service, including Power BI Pro and Premium.

• To export the data from a visual, you need to have Build permission for the underlying dataset.

• Power BI admins can disable the export of data.

I made a mistake, and put some calculated measure in my matrix visualization, that is the reason why the see records was inactive.

now its working
