Invited account vs internal account

Hello,

I need to connect to my internal dashboard with my email john.doe@mycompany.com on the tenant "Mycompany.com" => No problem for that.

But I also need to connect on tenant "MyPartner.com" with an invited accound based on my email john.doe@mycompany.com et I can't do that without to use the private navigation in my browser beacause he doesn't recognize the invited accound on the tenant "MyPartner.com".

I, probably, won't be alone with this problem. How I can do ?

Hi @lhdp ,

As a ‘Guest user’, you don’t want to use the link to access the dashboard?

You can use the other tenant’s tenant URL to enter the other’s tenant and find the dashboard in ‘Share with me’.

Hope I understand your question, if not, please describe in detail the problem you encountered or the function you want to implement and add screenshots.
