I was updating our datasets using flow but now I'm getting this error:

Invalid dataset refresh request. Number of refresh requests in last 24 hours exceeded limit

I can't afford premium and I need to refresh every 5 minutes ... can't change them to direct query ... any ideas on how I can work around this?

No and even if you could you would be violating the terms of service. 😞
