Internet Explorer has stopped working Error with app.powerbi.com

Recently we have some reports that we can't open in Internet Explorer 11 running on Windows 7 Pro.
These reports were working fine over the past few years.

The problem just recently started in Internet Explorer 11.
These reports are running fine in Google Chrome.

When opening up these reports we get an Error:
"Internet Explorer has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

hi, @Anonymous

You could try this way:

Please note that these suggestions would reset some IE settings and clean the history.

1) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026254/internet-explorer-has-stopped-working

The problem might be caused by low memory or damaged system files:

Open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Internet options.

Select the Advanced tab, and then select Reset.

In the Reset Internet Explorer settings dialog box, select Reset.

When Internet Explorer finishes applying the default settings, select Close > OK.

Restart your PC to apply the changes.

Uninstall, then reinstall, Internet Explorer.

hi, @Anonymous
If you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.
Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
